Nashr provides investment and financing options reviewed by qualified Shariah advisors.
All returns are based on profit-sharing or rental-based contracts (e.g., Mudarabah, Ijarah) — not interest-bearing structures.

However, Nashr does not provide religious rulings or personal fatwas.
Users are encouraged to seek independent advice for personal religious decisions.

5. Use of Services

You may use Nashr for:

  • Viewing and investing in verified halal opportunities

  • Tracking your portfolio and performance

  • Accessing educational and Shariah compliance content

You may not use Nashr to:

  • Engage in illegal or money laundering activities

  • Attempt to hack, copy, or misuse the platform

  • Submit false information

6. Fees and Payments

Fees (if any) will be clearly displayed before any transaction.
All payments and withdrawals must be made through verified NZD bank accounts in your name.

7. Risk Disclaimer

All investments carry risk, including potential loss of capital.
Nashr is not liable for market fluctuations, performance losses, or investment outcomes.
Past returns are not indicative of future results.

8. Termination

You may close your account anytime by contacting support.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms or legal requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nashr and its affiliates are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, except where required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Disputes shall be resolved under NZ jurisdiction.
