Tanzeev Haque

Sadia Islam

Sadia Islam is the co-founder of Nashrr. With a multidisciplinary background in healthcare and business management, Sadia brings a practical, people-centered approach to innovation. Her entrepreneurial journey began with launching and managing a fashion e-commerce business, where she developed expertise in operations, strategic growth, and customer-driven problem solving.

Holding a Master of Business Management from the University of Waikato, Sadia combines academic insight with real-world experience to address one of the most persistent challenges faced by Muslim families in New Zealand and beyond, accessing genuinely halal finance and investment solutions. Inspired by witnessing her own families struggle to find ethical financial options, she is driven by a deep personal mission to create inclusive, values-aligned pathways for Muslims to build wealth confidently and responsibly.

Youssef Elwakil

Youssef Elwakil, has 5 years of software development experience. He graduated from Waikato University with a first class honours degree and began his career at IQVIA as a backend C# Developer. He later found work at ASB as a software engineer in the payments platform helping to develop payments system in support of open banking. Finally he is working as an engineer at Xero in Melbourne to strengthen and improve Xero’s internal software tools.
